Grow your people.
Unleash their fire.

The same fire I help young people unleash is the fire a stuck team needs.

Team building on the farm

Team building on the farm

Bring your team to Thunder Gardens, a regenerative community farm in rural Ottawa. Your people plant, tend and harvest side by side, and Jay weaves a facilitated session through the day so the lessons of the field travel back to the office.

Through the seasons

  • Spring: preparing beds and planting
  • Summer: tending, weeding and the first harvest
  • Fall: harvest, seed saving and putting the farm to rest

Each day includes

  • Real farm work with a purpose
  • A facilitated session on how your team grows
  • Time outside, together, away from screens

How to start. Share your team size and the season you have in mind. Jay will suggest dates and shape the day around what your team needs.

Coaching

Coaching

One on one coaching for leaders and individuals in a season of change. Jay helps you look honestly at the ground you are standing on, decide what you want to grow, and create the conditions to grow it.

Good for

  • Leaders stepping into a new role
  • People rebuilding after an ending
  • Anyone ready to put their fire to work

How to start. Send a short note about where you are and what you want to grow. Jay will reply to set up a first conversation.
